Prior to launching Neo-Biz Solutions, Kenneth worked in Information Technology as a Project Manager for 17 years, working for companies where he provided technical support for the entire southeast region, enhanced data transfer, and other IT related responsibilities. His different positions allowed him to hone his technical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Building his expertise to streamlining processes that span across multiple platforms. He can perform in a complex organizational structure and environments involving local and remote personnel. Kenneth’s strength is his ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with positive results. Throughout his professional career, Kenneth has amassed experience in technical, organizational, communication, decision-making skills, troubleshooting and problem resolution which has given him the leadership qualities to facilitate and build world-class business support models for small business concerns.
