Kenneth is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Kenneth also attained the status of Microsoft Certified Professional and acquired additional certifications from The Computing Technology Industry Association.  Kenneth’s strength is his ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with positive results. Throughout his professional career, Kenneth has amassed experience in technical, organizational, communication, decision-making skills, troubleshooting and problem resolution which has given him the leadership qualities to facilitate and build world-class business support models for small business concerns.
